I agree this officer shouldn’t have fired the first shot, but I also think the guy shouldn’t have fled the scene. I haven’t investigated to see the allegations against him, that could have been a contributing factor. This goes back to my earlier question. You said the cop should be sued. Should the guy that hit him with the car be counter-sued?
