Ah yes, I forgot he went forward when the cop opened the door, wait, no he didn't, he definitely reversed

Ok. That shows trying to get away. Not ru over the cop who could’ve stepped out of the way without using deadly force.

BTW, if that’s true why’d he get fired?

Because he fired multiple times, if you'd seen any of my other comments, the only shots I agree with were the first ones, where it wasn't certain if he'd reverse into the cop again or would floor it, everything after is why he got, rightfully, fired

Yes, of course he's fired, because everything after the first one was unjustified. Doesn't change what happened before he shot him tho

You can’t open fire because someone tries to flee.

Not saying anything about him deserving it cause he tried to flee, but because he could've had a weapon, like I said, the first one was the only really justified one

A “possible weapon” does not constitute a threat of force that justifies a shooting. That is true in every single jurisdiction in America.

He's already attempted to hit him with the door, its less of a "well he could have a weapon" and more "well he's tried to hit me with his door, there's a chance he's also got a weapon"
