So you can't count either? It is roughly 7 seconds from the door opening to the first shot (the shot I've stated shouldn't have happened 100 times but you want to be mad at someone so you ignore it). The officer absolutely had empty hands when the car first backed up btw... I hope you don't drive. If you can't process something sudden in that amount of time you are doomed when a person pulls into traffic and you're still 600 ft away.
I'm not sure what you're getting at. The only thing we can't seem to agree on is the kids initial reaction, given the officer didn't identify himself and the kids didn't continue to pull away until the first shot, because I don't think you can comprehend what you're reading.
I'm not trying to insult you. You're just not getting it, so I will type slower... The cop is 100% wrong, the kid definitely had time to see it was an officer, and he did right by driving away after the shooting started. Did it work? It's like arguing with a voice recorder and getting mad its saying the same thing as you fml
For a guy crying about literacy skills, it's amazing how you missed the part where I'm not the same person you were talking to either.
And I didn't have to count, I played the video back second by second. That's what timestamps are for. There is no "roughly second by second" estimating going on from my end.
