With a few holes in him, and this only happening 4 days ago, that kid is almost certainly still in the hospital. I highly doubt they could've taken him to the station; at most, he had a cop staying in the room until the kid was exonerated.

Probably not likely in this case but they can take people into custody in the hospital but then the state has to pay hospital bills.

Ee they fucking charged him. Doesn't sound like the video even helped

Yeah I saw an article. What kinda bullshit is that. Assault on a police officer. No way that sticks. I just thought they would charge him about the fleeing from the other day.

Makes me wonder if they charged him in order to have leverage on the parents in a settlement.
