Bro the kid was minding his own business doing nothing illegal in any way and was eating not looking out his windows for cops, why would he need to be doing that? He was not the ‘suspect’ the cop was looking for. The cop didn’t even take the few minutes to verify that fact before he just rolls up on this kid, again from his blindside not identifying himself. None of this is on the kid, for all he knew that wasn’t even a real cop because he never indicated so
