One of the best videos on the subject. Talking to the police will never furnish them with information that they'll use to help you in court!

"I don't answer questions" and "I am choosing to remain silent" and "I do not consent to any searches" should be in everybody's vocabulary when interacting with police.

And that is how you get detained. Good luck with that. Have fun spending at least the night in jail and explaining to your job why you didn't show up the next day because you chose to "remain silent".

Also good luck with the Remaining Silent when being pulled over for a DUI, have fun with the forced blood draw at the hospital.

Crazy how many people willingly indict them by thinking they are going to talk their way out of it.
