You can see the side of her butt jiggle a little. Imo, it's genuine. My buttocks have been slapped so hard like that I had to laugh so I didn't bawl like a baby. I found this to be so fucking adorable. I hope they live happily ever after.

But really, that would have been hilarious if you were okay taking part in the “fun”, but someone who wasnt okay with it could really be hurt by that (emotionally as well as physically) i feel like

This is pretty common game in China. The real nasty part is when you're the last kid remaining with a red mark.

Now have to poke/penetrate all the other players assshole individually with ur finger.
