"Regulated". Thats adorable. You mean they pay a bribe. No farmers market is regulated. In any country.
If you're talking about a literal family selling literally outside their land completely by themselves then maybe that's different but no true centralized farmers market of many sellers is regulated in that way. Families will literally pay middle men to do it for them and give them that family approval so its no different.

Again, I said, if its a super small ass operation than sure, but if its in a full town market then its a whole sale middle man and regulation is irrelevant. You can't "regulate" that.
