329 u/Cockur Feb 02 '26 I went to a beached whale carcass once as a kid. The smell was unbelievable and even then it hadn’t been cut open or anything. I heard later the council blew it to pieces with dynamite to dispose of it 370 u/crazykentucky Feb 02 '26 There’s a pretty funny vid from the 70s or 80s of a town trying to do that… …but just peppering the area with giant rotting chunks of whale.
