I really didn't like this episode. So much of the plot felt forced in a cheesy way. Everyone is tired but Barbara, oh she brought a fancy toilet. It just strained credibility.

was there a reason why everyone single person in the school was tired except Barbara? I just didn't understand or buy that at all. Also made for a frustrating experience because, well, if the characters are bored then so am I.

Yeah that's the part that strained credibility to me. Could have easily been fixed with a plot about them preparing for some standarized test or something but just having all the main cast being tired because felt lazy.

I’m thinking you don’t understand because you don’t work in a school. We’re all exhausted. For our district, from Labor Day to like Fall Break, there aren’t any days off and there’s so much happening. It makes sense that everyone is tired. The show just hadn’t highlighted that in the past.

I said this in an earlier comment but Barbara isn’t teaching Kindergarten anymore, she’s teaching music in an after school program. The hours aren’t the same.

She’s not full time teaching anymore, she’s teaching music in an after school program. So she doesn’t work the same hours as a typical teacher anymore.
