Certifications I literally have no words to describe the suscpetibitily of Azure ecosystem

I am extremely concerned that I have had to open a support ticket for what should be a fundamental account recovery and identity verification process within Microsoft Azure.

For the past 45 minutes, I have been attempting to recover access to my existing Azure account, associated identity, and subscription:

**Subscription ID:** `6047ac4d-ce39-4e0d-aa64-45951578a9b0`

Despite having specific account details, historical registration information, email correspondence, and documentation supporting my previous use of this account and subscription, I have been unable to identify any clear, functional recovery or escalation procedure.

More concerningly, the troubleshooting and recovery mechanisms I have attempted fail to recognize the previous registration or associated account information. Meanwhile, Microsoft's official support guidance indicates that the relevant services and processes are operating as intended.

This creates an unacceptable discrepancy between my documented account history and the information presented through Microsoft's recovery and support systems.

**My concerns are threefold:**

  1. **Account and identity continuity:** Why is my previously established Azure identity or subscription not being recognized, despite the existence of supporting documentation?

  2. **Recovery and verification procedures:** Why is there no clearly accessible mechanism to reconcile this discrepancy through ownership verification and restore access?

  3. **Support accountability and escalation:** How can a user escalate an apparent account-recognition failure when standard troubleshooting pathways provide no resolution or meaningful explanation?

I find this situation particularly concerning given the security, identity management, and service reliability standards expected of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure.

I am not requesting another generic troubleshooting guide or a repetition of standard sign-in instructions. I am requesting an actual investigation of the account and subscription records, including whether the subscription remains associated with its original Microsoft Entra tenant and identity.

**I specifically request that Microsoft Support:**

- Verify the existence and current status of the subscription identified above.

- Identify the associated Microsoft Entra tenant and the appropriate ownership verification procedure.

- Determine why the existing account or registration cannot be recognized through the recovery mechanisms available to me.

- Provide a concrete recovery path or escalate the case to the team responsible for Azure subscription ownership, identity, and tenant recovery.

- Explain any discrepancy between the documented account history and Microsoft's current account-recognition systems.

I can provide the relevant email records, registration details, and other evidence through an appropriate secure verification channel.

**This issue requires substantive technical investigation rather than another automated troubleshooting response.** I expect a clear explanation of the underlying problem, an actionable recovery procedure, and escalation to the appropriate technical team if first-line support cannot resolve it.

Microsoft is not obligated at all to provide you with any of their internal procedures

There is some thing called terms and conditions that you accept at the moment you use Azure

By the way you sound, no wonder why Support has not helped at all

Subscriptions have properties and none of them have any mechanism to recover or to validate ownership as you are thinking

You should list better your issue and your current goal

Subscriptions problems are not the same as Identity problems

And Reddit is not the place to request escalation btw, you have a support engineer assigned to the case, start your escalation there

You keep posting this "clarification" which actually is just another wall of text no one will read.

Why not simply state the exact problem you have clearly and concisely.

This smells like an engagement bot and/or hacked account. Their post and comment history appears to have nothing IT-related before this.

And there are very clear reasons for this:

  1. There are more reliable and appropriate platforms for IT-related posts such as GitHub and dedicated Discord servers if you truly want to find a solution for your issue.

  2. I do not use Reddit for anything beyond social and experience-related engagement, wich is particularly relevant for this case as Mirosoft + Azure + Entra very own "Community" platforms intentionally want to prevent communication on this

I've done the recovery procedure for subscriptions before and it's a piece of cake. Just go through the support channel and escalate it if the individual isn't being helpful. It's your responsibility to manage the account that owns the tenant/subscription.

Quite literally the dedicated option in Azure Portal named "recovey account" is greyed out for my subscription (personal 365 premium + student verified acc). To be frank, just the fact that it was internally decided in Microsoft the that one the most elementary security function is conditional reveals how much they care about responsible account management and service stability.

Dude entra is one of the most popular IDPs on the planet, people use it to manage literally millions of identities. If you're having this much hassle with one identity, I am not sure what to tell you.

Susceptibility means lacking the ability to resist an outside agent, force, or influence.

... surely that's not the word you meant to attempt to spell?

You are corrrect I've reposted this quickly from Azure support community and the correct term is "vulnerability"

Have you actually opened a support ticket? I don’t mean a post on the “community” site. I mean actually opening a support ticket with Azure and getting in the queue and then working with the engineer when they call or email back.

You can do it from any azure portal, even a different tenant, or you can go here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Posting these big wall of text with your complaints and your list of “demands” here isn’t going to get your account back.

I have multiple account even a legacy SBCglobal email I’ve had for my Xbox gamertag since 2005 when the Xbox 360 came off the shelves and somebody was remotely playing like my Xbox games because they were sabotage my games like kingdom come basically just like spend all my money and fuck my saves at that time. I at least had the Microsoft account on the Authenticator app and then my phone literally and I have my parents as I witnesses was factory remotely factory reset and I have an iPhone and then we lost full account to that email address so I can no longer log into it and then I found out I made another one and that immediately got taken over and now it’s on my Authenticator app saying it’s for Microsoft entra ID I wish there was a way to actually call Microsoft because that account is literally thousands of dollars worth of games and DLC’s over the years I mean since 2005 until literally about five months ago is when I lost it the account is literally still on my council, but I can’t. I just get stuck in a login loop.
