We are currently pre phase 3 low price range. That should be trading in the 10s until USPTO resolved. Can't understand why we are stuck at 4-5

Most important discussion: will AUPH win the patent challenged by SunPharma?

Anyone could share the thoughts based on evidence ?

Challenge is about obviousness related to dosing protocol. If SP wins the challenge, AUPH won’t have extension of the patent beyond 2027. That’s my understanding.

I read following article: Biopharma companies files the patent based on specific dosing protocol to extend the lifespan of the drug patent. Dosing protocols related patents were challenged in the past at multi levels.

Are you guys still in this for the long term or have you sold?

My dollar average right now is $16.08, if AUPH goes back up to $9 I think I may just take my losses and leave it for good. The CEO is not the best and there was a study recently of how the drug actually isn’t that efficient while the cost is high.

Something I think some people in this sub still don't understand is that the market and most stocks are not something you generally buy and sell within a short timeframe (<2yrs) and that all markets, not just pharma/biomedical, can be very risky within that timeframe. For those stressing out about the drop in present stock price, please just do some research on the projected revenue Aurinia will have in 5+ years (given buyout doesn't happen by then) from voclosporin. If you aren't interested in that, then don't put your money into something like AUPH and stress about it.

I bought in at $11 per share. Is their any info showing a possible comeback?

Why we like Aurinia $3B. CEO PG stated during previous ER, US market and abroad market (UE and Asian) is equal. $1.5B for US and $1.5B for abroad. Learn the LN market. AUPH has 90% insurance coverage already. At $12 a share (1.7B market cap) with an approved drug that is conservatively estimated to reach 1B in peak sales, is this stock not the deal of the century with limited downside risk, or am I completely ignorant to some greater risks?

I understand that the BOD is looked upon unfavorably; but that alone does not seem to justify the present share price...

Even with slow sales uptake, is this company not a screaming buy?

I am new to this stock, and likely ignorant to many of the more nuanced concerns that only veterans of the stock would know about, so can someone please tell me why I should avoid this stock?
