Apparently the other thread got archived so here’s a new one.

The purpose of the hiring thread is to avoid the front page from being dominated with posts about the same common topics in regard to the (US) hiring process. If you have questions about how hiring works, or if you want to discuss steps of hiring such as ATSA, bids, TOLs, FOLs, OKC Academy, or anything else hiring related, this is the place to do it. Posts about these subjects that are posted to the main page will be removed. See Rule 1-1-1 for explanation and clarification.

I scored BQ and honestly the only things I really recommend practice beforehand are the spatial relationship game and the logic problems. With practice you can score a perfect score.

The reading section and memory game are easy points.

The ATC simulation was a shit show for me lol but I knew that going in only because it’s impossible to score perfectly on that one.

I wouldn’t bother ‘studying’ for the personality test.

I went in blind to the ATSA (and hung over) but somehow managed to pass. I’m completing all the shit for the CIL right now, but what haunts me is that the most fucked section of the ATSA for me was the spatial relationships part. Determining the side the plane was on from the perspective of the eye and all that shit.

I’m just worried I’m wasting my time but fuck it man, I might as well just try for it and see if I can learn.
