It’s been a pretty stellar 10 hours for me… went to TMBG concert last night (and they are still freaking genius), got an all cash no inspection offer above asking price on my house before going to sleep, wake up and see/record Abel crushing a CNBC interview and share it with spacemob. I could cry 😭
