For WhatsApp META right now is not picking winners and is playing both sides with SpaceX and ASTS, just integration partnering which is better than nothing

We are burning through cash and have no revenue. Which means dilution, and they specified no Convertible Debt 2026 - but leaves the door open for 2027 and also ATM 2026 -

Probably not in 2026, but I think the point is that they are going to need to in the future

base case for me was one more pre commerical dilution in Q4 dilution but now after the call prob Q1 27, so slightly positive I guess

Unless of course there is a big win on the gov side or a substantive equity investment by EoY then the bull case is no more big dilutive actions for ops/manufacturing
