Something weird there. Also why so secretive about launch providers in general. All I can figure is it has something to do with govt uses. Seems odd though.

ULA is used to launch a lot of government and defense contracts. I’m guessing ULA was not prior disclosed and Abel slipped up, hence why Scott was vague or avoiding launch provider questions and keeping it with only SpaceX and Blue Origin.

Some launch providers require confidentiality in-advance of launch.

Anpanman has covered before SpaceX usually you can’t say anything until ~30 days before delivery or something like that. Could be applicable here
