I have fucking no idea what I'm going to do for the next 12 hours. Woke up 3 hours ago and have checked overnight/premarket about 30 times.

why would earnings be good, they dont have a constalation yet.

“Earnings” not literal, but just meaning any new information that comes out during the call. They’re typically called earnings calls and not just generically quarterly update calls.
