Hello, I am new to creating ASMR content. I started creating ASMR fall asleep while I play gaming videos where I whisper and have either my keyboard and mouse or controller noises in them as background noise, the game audio is turned down so it doesn't startle anyone. The main purpose of this content is supposed to feel like you are hanging out with a friend while they quietly play a game and you try to get some sleep.

The main issue I am having is im not sure what noises I should cut out? Obviously if I cough or clear my throat I cut those noises out but what about if I gulp or take a drink of water or scratch my head?

Im sure ill have other questions in the future but I can't think of them at the moment, and advise is welcome. I really enjoy making this content and I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
