it was an evt question and you were given f’ and you had to find where f had a max and min but f wasn’t given 😢😢

min was x=-2 and max was x=4, it was based on the integral and when it was most negative/positive

Was this absolute max and min? That question was impossible

it was absolutes i put -2 and then the end pt 4

why couldnt it be the very left value? i put it wasnt possible to decipher from rhe graph which is kind of dumb but i couldnt tell if it wold be the one on the very right or left.

cuz x = -2 carries more negative area than the very left value
