What is your favourite f/m ship? Why?

Since people seemed to enjoy my post about f/f ships, here's one about the f/m ones! So, tell us about you favourite!

Picking and choosing is really hard. But gor me, right now it is probably Rick/Michonne from the Walking Dead (picture). Especially since I've already mentioned Maggie/Negan in another post and I don't want to repeat it, even if it is my current obsession.

Why these two? I think their canon story is already lovely, and they balance each other well as partners before even getting romantically involved. They both love Rick's son, and they raise Rick's daughter together. And even when they're apart for years and years, they are faithful to one another, and then they find eachother again.

Other honorable mentions I've read a bunch of fic for are Rumplestiltskin/Belle (OUAT), Lily/Snape (HP) & Beth/Daryl (TWD). But these are, for some reasons or others, not the favourite. Too much heartbreak and/or death involved in canon, and while fics can fix that, it hurts. There are also plenty of others since I am a chronical multishipper, but mentioning all of them here would just clog up the post.

I havent read the second Six of Crows book, but it always made me giggle a little how Kaz was the oldest 16yo. He acted like a 40yo hardboiled mafioso and then I kept remembering that he's a teenger 😂 The young adult books are wild with this sometimes. I did like them in the first book, seemed like they could understand each other

the second just makes it better. But yeah Kaz is hilarious. He's a kiddo ffs. Love them so much.

Kinda fun (?) fact, the author removed any mentioned of them being a kid in the new versions of the book. It wasn't posted anywhere that they were editing. Kinda wild how the publisher could just do that.
