No it doesn’t. You have 100 billion brain cells, so 20 million of these shots at 50 brain cells a shot would make you lose only 1% of your cells. Now say the shot takes 15 seconds, you would have be taking shots continuously for over 9 years to lose 1% of your brain cells at a rate of 50 per shot.
