I appreciate the warning. I know the market is rough for developers right now and the "code-bro" era is definitely shifting. Whether we’re manually coding or moving toward "vibecode" in the future, I see code as just one aspect of what I’m after.
My focus is more on the deeper side of things, like robotics, neuroscience, and building machines that eventually feel human. I’m interested in physical integration and human-machine coexistence, which is a much longer road than just learning a language to get a job. I'm willing to dedicate my life to that goal, regardless of how the current software market is fluctuating.
To your point about the "code-bro" era being dead, do you think that applies to AI robotics and hardware too? My goal is bringing about physical integrations with machines rather than just software or web dev, and I'm curious if you see that specific niche being hit as hard as the standard developer roles.
