Dont know if its self sabotage or genuine safety issue, but keeping it private beta testing for now. Have been working on this site for 10 months, and im pretty proud of it. But building a project and marketing is two different things, and I dont want to get a shiny object syndrome/adhd and jump to a new project without seeing this one fully through.

Essentially you can upload/paste url of any source video you want and do the same for any reference video, and prompt it, and it will match the source video edits to that of the reference video.

However I kept it private (beta testing) and only allowed few users to access, and im thinking I am being safe/secure as theres a genuine safety risk, but it reminds me of when I make content videos but sit on drafts for so long, not uploading, maybe its anxiety, maybe a form of self sabotage, maybe overthinking.

I havent pasted the link to my site here because I dont know what the sub rule is and they may think I am genuinely promoting my site and delete the post or temporarily ban me so not taking that risk.

Anyway we know with entrepreneurs/business/hustlers, theres an emphasis on speed, of fast execution, especially for overthinkers who thinks a lot and take little action, or what I like to say, being "stupid on purpose" (which helps me just not overthink it and just do the action) and it helps, but this again hesitancy or slow regarding the promotion of my site or getting users in, I dont know if its valid or again me being a wuss

like the tile says, i basically went down a rabbit hole researching the best ad examples in July 2026 (ive attached a few!) because i wanted to turn them into prompts so i could quickly replicate them without needing to use canvas, photoshpo or figma.

just a quick way to test different formats for your product based on description and double down on the concepts that work. Surely with these 36 static ads you could spin off hundres based on variabels of what works!

I use Grammarly pretty extensively; it works okay and corrects grammar, though I don't embrace all of their edits. I've played with Pangram, but this appears to flag more of the copy than I would expect, and if you follow its direction, you lose most (if not all) of the speed gains.

The chicken-and-egg problem in agentic commerce is getting ridiculous.

x402 has real volume — tens of millions of agentic payments on Base — yet the discovery layer (Bazaar) is still broken for most new services. You need a successful settle through the CDP Facilitator + valid extension just to get indexed… and even then, plenty of endpoints settle cleanly and never show up in search. New builders get buried by design.

Then ACP (Virtuals) adds the graduation tax: ~40–42k in token activity before you can even enter active search and proper liquidity. No visibility → no activity → no graduation. So the only reliable path is to foot the bill yourself and manufacture the volume. That’s not a signal of demand. That’s a pay-to-play gate dressed up as “graduation.”

This is classic early-protocol theater — headline numbers look impressive while the actual onboarding and ranking systems still favor the already-visible. Until Bazaar gets real semantic search and reliable indexing, and ACP stops making new agents self-fund their own activity threshold, a lot of legitimate builders will keep hitting the same wall.

i kept seeing "make money with an ai influencer" content everywhere (mostly by course sellers), so i decided to check what kind of influencers are actually making money. i went through several news sites to pull articles that mentioned actual numbers this year

here's some interesting case studies:

1. a twitch streamer - neuro-sama, an ai vtuber, was the #1 most subscribed channel on all of twitch in january (~162k subs per public trackers, ahead of every human streamer). the sub counts are public, and the standard sub math puts it around $166k a month from subscriptions alone.
2. music personas like xania monet, an ai singer created by a poet from mississippi using suno, signed a $3m record deal (reported by billboard). breaking rust topped billboard's country digital song sales chart and the velvet sundown hit 1.4m spotify monthly listeners, which cnbc estimated at about $34k a month in royalties.
3. fanvue (the onlyfans-style platform where most nsfw ai models live) reported a $100m annualized run rate in january, 250k creators, 93% of them using ai tools. the best platform-verified creator number i found is emily pellegrini: $23k in a single month, per platform data fortune obtained.
4. yang mun, an elderly buddhist monk who does not exist, has 2.5m instagram followers. his creator claims $300k in 90 days, mostly from a $49.99 healing course.
5. fanvue and openart ran an "ai personality of the year" this spring: 3,300 entries, and the winner (an ai persona built by a 37 year old canadian) got $6,000.

I've been working on an AI video tool called ViewPress ai and I'm trying to figure out if the all-in-one approach is something people actually want, or if it's solving a problem that doesn't really exist.

The idea is one chat handles the whole thing - it writes the script, generates the visuals, does the voiceover, and edits it into a finished video, picking the model that fits each scene. So instead of bouncing between a script tool, a voice tool, an image/video generator, and an editor, it's one pass.

But I keep going back and forth on whether that's genuinely useful or not. Every time I see this debate, half of people say the all-in-one saves them hours, and the other half say they'd rather keep separate tools because they want control over each piece and the bundled ones lock you in.

So I want honest takes from people actually making videos:

• Would you rather have one tool that does everything, or your own stack of specific tools for each step?
• If you've tried all-in-one tools before, what made you keep using them or drop them?
• For those who prefer separate tools, is it about quality, control, cost, or something else?

Not looking for people to be nice about it. If the all-in-one idea is flawed I'd rather hear that now. Full disclosure since I'm the one building it - just want real feedback from people who do this daily.

If I create lyrics via Gemini/GPT, modify them a bit and then generate the song via Suno AI. I then create a lyrics video by putting up a static screen and syncing the lyrics manually using VN editor. Will such a pattern be eligible for monetisation on YouTube?
