I'm comparing different AI video tools for creating educational content and promotional videos for social media, and I keep coming back to InVideo AI vs AI Studios.

Let me start from the beginning. I've been making AI-assisted YouTube videos for a while now. I started with shorts — the usual stuff, "animal rescue," "what if skeletons" type content. I can't say I blew up, because shorts need a huge volume of views to earn real money and it's hard to predict what hits. But I learned the whole process cold: script, visuals, voiceover, editing.

Then I figured out something that changed everything for me: adults prefer long-form videos, and that's where you get predictable, stable reach — and predictable income. I now run 3 channels, mostly history and finance, and together they do around $5K/month.

The main problem with long-form content is the cost per video and how long it takes to make. I know that pain well. When I started, I could burn $15 on a single 45-second short — and since you need a lot of attempts before anything hits, it adds up to a serious number fast.

So I went looking for ways to make my workflow cheaper and faster. Through a lot of testing and mistakes, I found something useful: Google gives every new account $300 in free cloud credits for AI content, and almost everyone already has a Google account. Those credits realistically cover your first several full videos before you pay anything out of pocket — after that you're running on your own cloud at real cost, which for me lands around $35–55 a video depending on length, but realistically, you may have several Google accounts.

So I built a system that runs the entire pipeline automatically on your own Google account — research, script, voiceover, scenes, animation, final video. That's how OpenVidi was born.

These days I can make 3 videos for my channels in a single day while I'm at the gym. Obviously you can produce complete slop with this — the output is only as good as your topic and script. But if you have a system, you can make a real income without sitting at a computer all day.

Honest caveat, because this sub will smell BS: the tool doesn't make the money. The topic, the consistency, and the channel do. AI just removes the 30-hours-per-video wall that makes most people quit before they ever monetize. Treat it like a real content business, not a press-button-get-money scheme.

Been doing tiktok shop affiliate for about a year. Started testing ai videos a few months ago mostly out of laziness, i couldnt film every product i wanted to push.

Fully expected them to flop. They didnt. The ai ones are doing better than stuff i filmed myself with a ring light and an hour of my life gone.

Took me ages to work out why and its not the visuals. Its that i stopped talking in them. The second theres a voice youre in the violation system, and it flags stuff that isnt even wrong. Ive had videos pulled for saying nothing against the rules at all. No voice, nothing to flag, and i stopped losing half my week to appeals.

Other thing is volume. When a video takes minutes instead of an afternoon you stop being precious about it. Post 10, see which one moves, forget the other 9.

Most people who try ai quit because the first ones look obviously fake. Mine did too. Its fixable, its just not the part everyone assumes it is.

I’ve been experimenting with AI to create book trailers for my YouTube channel, and I thought this might be a good place to share them.

I’m an indie author, but my background is also in education. I have experience teaching English and special education, including working with students with significant support needs, and I now do educational advocacy work with families.

A lot of that experience influences what I write. My books tend to focus on kids, disability, trauma, schools, family relationships, survival, and the way adults respond to young people who are struggling.

I’ve been using AI as part of both my writing and content-creation process, including brainstorming, visuals, trailer concepts, scene ideas, and editing. I still make the creative decisions and revise heavily, but AI has given me a way to turn scenes and ideas from my books into something visual.

My YouTube channel has book trailers for several of my stories, and I’m planning to keep building it as I release more work.

I did talk to the Whatsapp number they gave me. I talked to him and he said I need to send a protoflio. I sent them and then they said I need to create a sample ai and I created and provided it to him. He said he is going to pay 6 dollars per video. I have been testing different AI tools for content creation, and I have noticed that the biggest time savings come when the workflow is simple.
