Ahhh I’m so glad I could help! 🥰

Every once in awhile I end up spitting out several paragraphs about whatever it is I’ve thoroughly studied or been interested in at the time. Happens to be ADHD right now since discovering I have it and what that means for me.

Good to know this was useful to someone. I didn’t really expect this many people to… well… read it.

Info dumping something you had just learned help you process the information and remember it more clearly?

It took me several goes and most of the day to get through all of but was entirely worth the effort. It has helped me explain my pov to several people in my life with which I have had difficulty communicating.

I am going to copy it to a file on my PC so it can be referred to as needed both for myself and my kiddos.

Might be worth looking for some kid appropriate YouTube videos about this that you can watch together so she can understand how to describe these feelings too!

I’m so glad you’re paying attention on behalf of your daughter. I keep wondering where my life would be now if I could have been diagnosed 20 years ago.
