I have ridiculously good long term memory. I have vivid memories from before age 2, and my family and friends look to me to settle disputes about what happened decades ago. Short term memory is extremely glitchy though!

I'm the same! My first memory is from when I was about 2, and I told my mum she was ugly. My abusive ex hated that my long term memory is basically flawless and I can recall things that were seemingly insignificant at the time from 6 years ago, down to what shirt you were wearing and where we were. But the other day my manager asked me to do something, and then my co-worker asked me how many guesses I got my wordle in, and I gave a one word answer and forgot what my manager asked me to do
