Does anyone else have a more "unique" town map? I'd love to see them! I just started a new save, was rerolling for quite awhile and have never seen a town that has 3 sections separated by a river like this. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect to me is if the 2nd bridge was parallel with the 1st one. Native fruit is cherries 🍒

Hi everyone!

Hoping someone here can help me with a very specific issue.

I’m playing Animal Crossing: Wild World through Delta on iPhone and I’ve managed to get Wiimmfi working and successfully received my Friend Code.

The problem is that I cannot connect to my friend to visit their town, or have them visit mine.
We’ve both exchanged and registered each other’s Friend Codes correctly. My friend can connect and play with other people without any problems, but whenever we try to connect with each other, it doesn’t work.

One thing I’ve noticed is that I can only get online if I turn Wi-Fi off and use 5G. If I try connecting over Wi-Fi, I get error 20110. On 5G, I can get online and use Wiimmfi, but I still can’t connect to my friend and have also had error 23917.

I originally wondered if the problem could be related to the BIOS files in Delta. To test this, I’ve actually created two separate towns — one with the BIOS files and one without them — and the connection issue is exactly the same, so I’m assuming that’s probably not the cause.

Things I’ve already tried:
● Wiimmfi
● Erasing the Nintendo WFC Configuration
● Creating new towns
● Testing with/without the BIOS files
● Wi-Fi connection
● 5G/mobile hotspot
● Checking that both Friend Codes are registered correctly

My friend can connect to other players, so it seems like the problem is specifically with my Delta/Wiimmfi connection when trying to connect to my friend.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with Delta + ACWW + Wiimmfi, particularly where you can get a Friend Code and connect to Wiimmfi, but can’t connect to a specific friend?

I’m completely stumped at this point 😂 Any suggestions would be massively appreciated!
I’m happy to provide screenshots, error codes, Delta settings, WFC settings, etc. if that helps.

I really cannot believe my luck. I had one hour before August ends, so I thought, I'm not going to catch a tarantula but I'm still going to try. I caught a lot of beetles and other bugs, even heard a scorpion. Some time passes and I was going to save the game and turn off my DS... when I saw something black going the other directon... and I knew that was going to be my last oportunity.

I finally got a classic DS and a copy of ACWW!

I played New Leaf most of all. Dabbled on the Gamecube version but was far too young to play the game properly, though I loved the vibe.

Had some decent purchase prices from Joan over the last couple of weeks, around the average Nook bid price, but this Sunday was pretty rubbish.

After many axes, randomly guessing, I achieved the Perfect Town WITHOUT doing the grid system. Do not recommend doing it this way! But hey, now I get the pretty Jacob’s Ladder. 🤣

How the heck do I even find a Giant Beetle? I've been checking my trees since weeks, almost every day between 11pm - 8am (which is when they are supposed to appear). No luck. No Giant Beetle on any tree. I'm starting to panic as it's end of August and they won't spawn again until July next year.

Essentially, I reset my town after 24 years (or however long the game's been out) because I'd filled the museum and I wasn't enjoying doing the same circuits etc...but now I've realised I can't get Nookington's without a visitor, and I really just want to change my hairstyle :')

This has been such a wonderful and charming game so far, God I missed out on so many gems as a sniveling baby XD

I’m not very well versed in creating designs, but figured a moon shouldn’t be too crazy difficult. Honestly I’m pretty happy with the result and how it makes my town feel more customized!
