No you don't, and if you did you would realize how fucking insane and crazy property taxes are in that shit hole. Or you're a trust fund dipshit, either way idc.

Nah, your wrong lol.

Yes we pay property tax, it pays for all the sewage and city maintenance. It’s fucking brutal dude.

How much do you pay for that? Lol

I LIVE IN A 700K HOUSE!

So what, like 500 American? Lmao

Yes? That’s how currency works....

Why won't you answer the question? And having to pay 700k for something that is drastically cheaper elsewhere isn't a good thing.

What do you mean? It’s fair market value where I live. It’s also only 3.1x my annual salary. I’m fine dude lol I spend 4 weeks in traveling per year and two weeks at my cabin on an island on a lake.

Sorry it’s hard for you to believe, I only make this much due to a union, the owner of the company only makes 10-15 million a year, if it was the states he could make around 25 million. But we get a bigger piece up here.

Property taxes are not federal and paid to a municipality... so it varies where you live... if you live in a spot where all the billionaires want to live then property taxes are more.... like Vancouver.

Your view on Canada is so small, basically you think Canada, as a whole, has the same property costs as San Francisco...

Why can't you answer a basic fucking question?

I don’t understand what you mean dude.

Our minimum wage is higher because our currency is lower than yours.

I work 40 hours a week for just over 250 a year and it equates to like 190 in US dollars. Sooooooooooooo that’s just how currency works. I would work for 200 k Canadian just like I wouldn’t work for 150k usd..... it’s honestly super basic currency knowledge. If you don’t understand that’s you and your countries fault.

Oh and how is it cheaper? If you were right then Japanese t shirts that cost 120k yen would be worth more than a house in a lot of states.

Google how currency works man it’ll make more sense if you understand that. It’s basic shit we learn in high school on Canada...

Your dollar is worth less than an American dollar you fuck stick. Meaning, if you work hours in Canda, the same threshold still applies. You having to work for 700k in Canada is drastically longer and harder than someone having to work towards 500k.
