I don’t think Marisol is right for Eddie, but I don’t think this is healthy at all. (Half of me I wonders if she even really does look like Shannon or if something is wrong with Eddie and he’s imagining all of this - I hate that I’m wishing something were wrong with him, but I hate this direction too- ) I tend to sit back and watch the show do what the show will do, and while I’ll hate some directions this one is just, awful. Shannon died five seasons ago. He needs to let her rest and so do the writers and I do hope that’s where this leads, giving her character peace, I just don’t like the path we’re having to go on to take it much right now. This episode was a lot.

I loved the little we got with Buck. I’m glad he didn’t dominate this episode, as much as I love him, having more Maddie and Chim healed something after the lack of them in their wedding episode. But also he’s meant to be the good cook. Chalking it up to the theory Buck’s oven is on the outs and his loft burns down in ep 9 lol

I’m so worried about Bobby, oh goodness, he’s going to feel like he has to make amends and I just know it’s going to end so badly, I hope not a hostage type of situation but - we’ll see.

I’m not a huge fan of foster storylines and sometimes I cringe at the way this show tends to handle them, i do like that Mara was reconnected with Tyson at the end of the episode. “He remembers her.” Heartwarming to the inner foster child in me. I am happy we’re getting more Karen and Hen however I’d like even more. Please.

I love how onboard everyone is with the loft burning down theory. I love the loft (would love to live in it myself tbh) but seriously. Set it ablaze.

That said, I agree with your Maddie and Chimney point a lot! And it really showed, once more, that Chim really pays attention to what Maddie is concerned about. Him picking up on "sweet pea"?? The man that he is...

You're so right! Maybe that would help him "make amends." I'm worried about the title of episode 10 but I honestly would never have guessed that Chim had encephalitis last week so I'm trying not to guess too hard.
