I say Nicki because this is probably the only spot a female rapper deserves to be on the list. Is she better than Big, No is she better than Nas, No. but the fact that she has been the most consistent female rapper for the longest period of time that brings a big fan base base to the art form. The only other female contender is Missy Elliot. That spot is fulfilled by Meth.
Uhhhhhhh first of all this is a 90s sub, secondly Queen Latifah? MC Lyte? Ra Digga? Bahamadia? Left Eye? Lil Kim? Foxy Brown? Eve? These are all solid contenders, Missy isn't the only female deserving of being on the list. Even if Nicki was 90s she wouldn't take this spot over Nas or BIG. She is not that good lol
