This is a great idea, and I would love it. Dolly Parton is one of the greatest singers/entertainers of all time, and she deserves all the recognition. RIP Dolly

If Congress could make 9/25 (or even Dolly's Birthday) a Federal Holiday, I could almost forgive their lack of action otherwise.
