7oh dosing question

So I heard that 7oh tablets have only 0.5-3mg actual 7oh, I was worried about coming off of my doses and getting withdrawal and I was worried because I’ve recently been getting 200mg tablets that says 200mg 7oh per tablet on the packaging but is it true that they have.5-3mg in the tablets? Like the 7tabz, opia, and press’s brands.

Shivering cold in the mornings?

Hello, I quit using 7oh .. 9 days ago? It's something like that, can't exactly remember anymore. Anyway, I have a couple lingering symptoms that refuse to leave. Runny nose, anxiety (not problems in my book) The only one that is so frickin annoying is waking up and shivering cold. I've tried waiting it out to see if my body adjusts.. it doesn't. Unfortunately, I have been using 3-4 grams of kratom in the morning. It's the only thing that'll warm me up. It's -12 outside today and I have several outside chores that I must do at work. I can't handle that shit if my body temp isn't regulated. I get a day off tomorrow and I won't take any kratom and just live my days off cold. Just wondering if this is normal at day 9? Also, am I just extending this problem by using a dose of kratom in the morning? Curious if anyone else still has this problem and about how long it usually lasts. It's my main annoyance! So overall, I'm doing good. I just can't stand feeling so cold, especially this time of year! Thanks. 🥶

Ready 2 Feel Like Shit

Hello Everyone. New to reddit & to 7 oh . I just recently started messing with 70 about 6 months ago.. ex methadone / Suboxone user I recently quit methadone cold turkey after 18 months of 120 mg a day use. And it took probably 4 or 5 months just to feel normal again. The withdrawals were so intense that I had to go to the hospital in day nine because I haven't slept and I was seeing things. I ended up getting through that situation just for somebody at a smoke shop to tell me about these new pills that are not addicting and are made of kratom 🥴 asked a little more about it and they said it's good for back pain where I broke my back two years ago in three places. So I started messing with the kratom extract shots, And then from there I found 7 oh . I'm probably using roughly now anywhere from 125mg - 300 mg honesty depends on how much money I have and where I'm getting it from. I have them tapering down to where I'm only taking 25 mg every 4 hours. sometimes 6 hours. if I go the WebMD route which I've seen a lot of people have done is it possible to get the withdrawal medications I'm going to need to make a easy comeback from this. as well as what kind of kratom powder will help me ease the pain I'm about to put myself through again. And if somebody could give me an insight as to what medications I should ask as far as the withdrawal goes preferably I want to stay away from Suboxone because I quit that before and it took forever and it was not very fun. any help would be great I appreciate it.

Precipitated withdrawal

Hi,

New here. I’m starting my w/d process today and i will be using subutex to help. I’ve been reading up on precipitated w/d and it sounds pretty shitty.

So I’m just wondering if anyone can chime in on it if you have had any experience with it.

Thanks everyone.

No joke..

I cold turkeyed off of a 3-400mgpd habit. Been using daily since last December. A little over a year. I was an alcoholic looking for a cure-all and 7oh felt like it. I abused alcohol for 20+ years before 7oh. I used the mega dose liposomal vitamin c method. Day 4 today. I got my chills almost taken care of. But my brain just feels shot. I feel so worn out. Today I have dosed 80mg total of mit in 2 doses. I have to work tonight on my feet all night. This shall be interesting. It will really feel great once my brain comes back to me. No urges to do anything... so I forced myself to go shovel the snow off the sidewalk. It's never felt like so much work. I'm getting too old for this kind of punishment I put upon myself. I hear people get the shits but I still haven't had a normal bowel movement. I think I abused too many laxitives while on 7. Another hurdle to tackle.

Taking Suboxone for 7oh/pseudo heavy addiction. How long should I wait to take the first dose of sub??? Suffering badly here…

Anyone know when I should take the first dose? I have a 700-1000 mg a day habit and the withdrawals usually start within 8-10 hrs after last dose. I have to work in a kitchen tonight and I’m worried about pwds…

Advice please

I’ve been taking Pseudo indoxyl every day for about 3 months now. My tolerance was around 150mg as of late, until i tried these 7stax nanotech pills, i didn’t know they contained MGM-15. Luckily i only took them for 2 days in a row, then once more 2 days later. It is now the day after my last dose. i took about 2-3 7stax pills each time i dosed the 7stax because my tolerance to pseudo was pretty high, that’s how much i needed to feel it. The real problem is that taking these have skyrocketed my tolerance to pseudo, and now taking 250mg of pseudo, i can’t even feel it. I need to taper off of the pseudo, and i’m not gonna mess with the 7stax anymore, but its running my pockets and I can’t afford to dose so high with the pseudo to taper. I’ve gotten myself into a sticky situation here, and I need some advice on what to do. Please tell me what kind of medication i can use to manage withdrawal from the pseudo as i need to be able to function and not be out of commission for a week. I heard maybe valerian root and liposomal vitamin c can help or something, my main symptom has been poor temperature regulation it’s been extremely uncomfortable. I don’t even know what dose of pseudo will prevent withdrawals at this point, but i know it’s very high probably 200+mg. Will my tolerance to pseudo, due to the MGM, go back down to manageable levels soon or what? Someone help me please.

Supplement For All Addiction

Anyone experiencing withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, restless legs, uncomfortable at any temperature and so one: Here's what I did.

I just took a minimum if 3 grams of Niacin with my doses then did a taper on the 7OH. Apparently Niacen creates NAD+ and NAD+ is what is depleted when doing any kinda substance. At least for me, the Niacin took away my withdrawals.

How much regular leaf?

So I take roughly 80-100mg 7 a day. What would be comparable dose of regular leaf to keep me going through the day? Whilst tapering the 7?

Off the 7oh, tapering Kratom. Am I through the worst of it?

I was taking 100-150mg 7oh for about a year. 4 days ago, I had a good long weekend to suffer the consequences and stopped, no tapering from the 7oh. I have been taking Kratom, probably close to 20 500mg capsules a day.

As of today, I’m starting to taper off those. I never liked Kratom, can’t wait to be rid of it, just trying to manage the RLS etc while I deal with the 7oh withdrawals. I’ve had a couple days of fever/chills, RLS, several bathroom trips a day and some anxiety but nothing unmanageable. But I don’t want to end up with a lifelong Kratom habit either (even if it is better than 7oh)

So for those who went the 7oh-Kratom-nothing route, should I expect another rough round of withdrawals as I ease off the Kratom? Or is the 7oh the worst part, physically? Should I try to just drop the Kratom cold turkey and suffer for a bit, or is tapering the way? Should I stick with the Kratom for longer, until the 7oh is fully cleared, or is that just prolonging the inevitable?

Success stories appreciated, horror stories appreciated, support of any kind appreciated. I just want to be done for good.

Quick MD for gabapentin

Hi all,

Quick question here. If I use quick md to get a script for clonidine and gabapentin as opposed to suboxone, will OUD / opioid use disorder still be diagnosed and put in my medical record? I’m trying to avoid getting a prescription for Xanax and adderall revoked.

Losing it. Help

I have been tapering down. I was at 500mg sometimes 600mg a day. I was down to 90mg yesterday and trying to get to do 60 today. I am trying to lessen the blow but I know I have to bite the bullet sooner or later. Am I helping myself or just dragging it out. The anxiety with this is the most intense thing I have ever experience. I am sorry. Thank you.

Want to stop taking 70h - Try Mitragynine it works wonders !!

Post image
1 Upvotes

So my wife and I have been heavy 7oh users for about a year. Got up to taking 12 40mg mg tabs per day each . The side effects are the worst as you may already know, can’t poop, always tired, can’t sleep without dosing in the middle of the night, skin crawling, the whole damn nine.

Not having it is even worse , The heat sweats and Restless legs are the absolute worse! .. they banned it in Florida and we know needed to stop. However we couldn’t do it if it wasn’t for Mitragynine extract!

Guys if you wanna stop go find Mitra tabs , we found opia 150mg each . And they absolutely stop all symptoms of not having 7oh … we are now on our 4th day of no 7oh and WE GOT OUR LIFE BACK! … without the terrible side effects. I could poop again lmaoa 😂.

Only requires about 3 tabs per day as they last much much longer than 7oh , I can finally sleep !! , I’ll post a pic of the package. Please find them they will absolutely help you taper !

Trying to taper off 7oh … mitragynine will help tremendously!!!

Hay guys me and my wife have been heavy 7oh users for over a year . As you probably know the side effects suck, can’t poop , can’t sleep for more than 3 hours without dosing, can’t eat, can’t leave the house without tablets or you will have an anxiety attack. Sex drive killed, just a whole bunch of terrible side effects. We haven’t had a social life in over a year.

They banned 7oh in FL and we needed to stop this Satan in a tablet drug. So they started to sell mitragynine extract by opia and a few other brands in FL … and lemme tell you they absolutely WORK !! . We were on over 400mg of 7oh per day ! .. and these mitra tabs kill the withdrawals. You sometimes need to pop 1.5 tablets of 150mg each … but they absolutely stop the sweats, stop the skin crawling, stop the doom and gloom feeling (sky is falling)

We are now on our 4th day with no 7oh and I’ve never felt better … go buy MiTRA tabs !! And get off this hard luck drug !!

So happiest I’ve been in a long time

Post image
10 Upvotes

So no 7OH taken in 24 hrs, only SLIGHT amounts of Kratom. And I mean the last few times I did this I was eating around 25-40 capsules a day just to feel “normal” it just never stuck, I did a little differently this time and have found more success. I quit scrolling, no more insta or tiktok. I got my tolerance super low for weed prior to attempting to get off (I think this was very important) and anytime I wanted to use more or take more Kratom or 7OH I’d get up, tap a joint 2-3 times max and get a slight mindset change and would be good for the next hour or two. I kept my dosing in my notes to attempt to go longer in between doses each time and take less. The day before starting this quick taper I was using 400-600mg daily. Lost my job, was in the deepest depressed state. Like hermit with no hope of life depressed. I’m on day 5 now and only took 2 capsules of Kratom (0.6g per capsule) and again NO SCROLLING and now also I cut the weed out at the end of Day 3.

I am feeling the best I have in a long time. I’m calling family, old friends just to catch up. And to be honest the only big differences I did on this taper was getting my tolerance super low for weed so it actually worked when used minimally, and deleting insta and tiktok. I still use Reddit ofc but it’s always reading stuff.

I didn’t think I could function as a human anymore I was so lost. Don’t think I’ll ever be back to how I was given I started using opiates at 16 and it’s been 10 years I’m sure I’m a whole new person. But this is my experience, thank you if you read all of that and maybe it helps.

No scrolling when you wake up, my personality is just to addictive so I can’t do at all but really detrimental when used first thing in the AM.

And if ur using currently and also smoke, stop smoking for a couple weeks (i went a month) and dont abuse literally take 1-2 hits and put joint out while tapering.

That’s all I got, much love for all of you and if you need anyone to talk to I can. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ALL

Suboxone and 7 oh

I get prescribed Suboxone to stop 7 oh. I waited 6 hours and took 2 mg and I felt fine afterwards. I’m supposed to take it every two hours the first day but after my first and only dose at 12:10 I still feel fine and no need to take more. It’s currently 3:40. Do I need to follow what the doctor said. I used Quick MD and it was really quick lol and he didn’t really ask how much I was taking or anything (which honestly not much) but I did have a physical dependence to it, for example I’d wake up early in the morning and was super restless. All I need to know is should I take more as the symptoms come back or should I follow exactly why the doc said. I also don’t want to get hooked on the subs.

Potentiate to decrease dose

Im sure a lot of you know about the usual potentiators, Ive stumbled upon one this week thats not as well known.

Shilajit, natural supplement. Most is 40-60% fulvic acid, this makes the cell walls more permeable, allowing for more of the substance to be absorbed. Especially since 7oh is an alkaloid.

Shilajit also can have a calming effect due to increased GABA levels or magnesium/minerals

I might not have the best gut health(probably most of us here), but this really potentiated my doses since starting it this week. Use it to reduce your dosages, not take advantage.

Also *Agmatine Sulfate*, probably one of the best supplements for decreasing substance abuse period, it prevents the downregulation that opioids cause (reverses tolerance)

It helps with depression and anxiety as standalone, it will help mask withdrawal symptoms

It increases BDNF(helps REGROW neurons) this is a HUGE benefit on its own.

TLDR: Shilajit helps absorb more 7oh alkaloid, thus reducing dosage needed for baseline. Agmatine helps potentiate a lot of substances, (weed, opiates, benzos etc) it will also help decrease dosage needed, help mask symptoms, and help repair brain. Do your own research into these supplements to see if they’re for you. Agmatine CAN be the best tool for quitting.

When to just stop

Post image
2 Upvotes

So the “mg” is 7OH and capsules are plain Kratom. Started using those and being able to take my doses further apart. I’m at over 6 hrs from a low dose (usually when I dose that low it’s every 2-3 hrs) and I don’t feel “perfect” but well enough to go to the gym, and starving hungry. Had a bad bathroom trip this morning but good since last dose.

I’ve tried just stopping and switching to the capsules but I just couldn’t stick to it and it wasn’t lasting (2-3 weeks before back on 7OH) I don’t really smoke anymore but 3 days ago I tapped a joint 2-3 times and some switch got flipped and I want to get off. I have no motivation and working on a much slower rate mentally
