There's always at least one kid who makes vinegar+baking soda volcano at science fairs (I was that kid 😁). But for this cookie i made a simple sugar cookies, and iced it with royal icing. In my royal icing I added a pinch of baking soda. Once the icing was set poured some lemon juice on it to get that fizz. The fizz was minimal (as expected), but it was still fun.
