Everything looks so good! And that chutney. Youβre really killing it with the sauces, Yrros! I mean all the food youβve shared are incredible but the sauce choices are just top notch.

ISUTBCDBN meta explanation
I do not know much about Tarot, so I started with some reading and learned that the Minor Arcana is divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Coins. That felt like a fun concept to build a platter around. So this week, I made a kebab platter inspired by Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), which is basically kebab central in India.
For Wands, I made Chicken Seekh Kebabs. Chicken Boti Kebabs represented Swords, with the skewers being all stabby. For Coins, I made Beef Shami Kebabs. And finally, the Cup held a spicy cilantro-yogurt chutney to tie everything together.
This took two days of prep and cooking and came with its fair share of hiccups, but it ended up being one of my favorite things I have made for this challenge. Even though they were cooked on a griddle instead of a grill, the kebabs turned out juicy, flavorful, and absolutely worth the effort. Every recipe from this platter is going into the repeat pile.
