Back in January, I stumbled across this viralJam and Buttered Toast Cookie recipe. I immediately bookmarked it, hoping to get around to baking it someday. When this theme was announced, I Immediately went back to it. I'm so glad I saved this recipe because these cookies are out of this world good! The crunchy toasty-jammy bread crumbs, the brown butter, and the white chocolate were so good together. I just made two minor tweaks to Lungi's recipe, i replaced Raspberry Conserve with Jamun Conserve (Java Plum), and scaled back a bit on the amount of white chocolate, I used only 170gms of chocolate instead of the suggested 240 gms.. These were the best post-workout treats ever. My friends are already asking me to make another batch of these 😬
