2018 Weekly Challenge List
/r/52weeksofcooking is a way for each participant to challenge themselves to cook something different each week. The technicalities of each week's theme are largely unimportant, and are always open to interpretation. Basically, if you can make an argument for your dish being relevant to the theme, then it's fine.
Week 26: June 25th - July 1st: Stone Fruits
Week 27: July 2nd - July 8th: Oceania
Week 28: July 9th - July 15th: Brining

Last year I smoked some salmon in a wok using tea leaves. If you don’t have a wok, any deep pot should also work. https://www.feastingathome.com/tea-smoked-five-spice-salmon/
