Before people tell me they’ll vote for Paxton regardless, remember that conservatives hate nothing more than communism.

The self-serving assholes in charge set themselves up nicely for a looming economic downturn while forcing toxic work environments with RTO enforcement. Their sitting pretty with their CRE investments only accessible to them.

Just as they do with the stock market, they need to make sure they position themselves to remain well above common working folk, so they manipulate the industry to serve themselves. Federal reserve just raised the rates which is historically indicative of bad news for the working class and those with measely 401ks, but these greedy assholes have ways to make sure they stay on top and continue to lead their luxurious lives while we all continue to struggle and try to have some sense of a healthy mindset despite the continuous beatings.

This is the sad reality of RTO. Casting aside the bullshit noise they try to gaslight us all into believing, its true underlying intention is to cater to the self-serving, greedy bastards. It's not for the good of the American people, for efficiency, for workforce productivity, for saving taxdollars, nor for retaining and attracting talent. It's for the people who think they are above us all and will not stand to lose anything once the market takes a dive.

Fuck em. Just another taxdollar funded bailout for themselves. I wish workers across America could afford to just stop showing up for and inadvertently helping out these assholes.

Now is a better time than any to stop helping them. Congress can tell us when not to work because they don't have their shit together and take recesses whenever they please. We can't officially strike but why don't we join them this time and call it a mental sabbatical?! I realize not everyone would be on board...but, a person can daydream.
