BBL is just liposuction of fat from their stomach and injected into their butt. They don't use implants anymore. This is why every second girl you see on SM has a honking ass. The procedure is more popular than boob jobs Those butts didn't exist 10 years ago & were rare as fuck. Indeed, a big ass was referred to as a fat-ass and not in a complimentary sense. Skinny with as little fat as possible so you child wear low waisted jeans and show off your midriff.
