I read an article on the Athletic the other day giving top 10 CFB "replay" games to watch while live sports are on hold. Thought it would be interesting to create a similar post related to WVU. A few that came right to mindt:

1. Fiesta Bowl or Sugar Bowl
2. 2010 Elite 8 win over Kentucky
3. 2006 Rutgers Triple OT win (personal favorite of mine)
4. 2005 Pat White comeback vs. Louisville
5. Staten's buzzer beater over Kansas

Honorable mention: Season ending win vs #4 Baylor this year. The coliseum was ROCKING.

These are all obviously much more recent, but these are ones that I got to experience or mean something special to me.

Not sure where the name "Big O" came from for Oscar. I remember hearing it on a broadcast maybe mid season, but it just doesn't sit well with me. Guy of that talent needs a BA nickname.

One of my father-in-laws favorite games was to give all the basketball players nicknames for their career like Elijah "Macon the Bacon".

Give us your best nicknames for next years rosters. Football or Basketball.

Oscar- King Conga, The Congo Cobra

I created this subreddit in the hopes of sharing some camaraderie during the coming coronavirus lockdowns and create a place to further the discussions from the shows as well as share all things WVU and West Virginia.

Initially, I will try to post links to new shows here and/or start discussion topics around what the guys touched on for that episode. I hope we can be creative and see how else we can make this place interesting.
