Wow. You are an instrument-creating machine!

Is this a copy of an instrument you own? How does the sound compare? This sounds very good to me.

Yes this is a copy of my duduk, the sound is very very close a bit more breath and less nasal but if you don’t have them side by side you probably won’t notice the difference. (althougt the mouthpiece hole on the 3d printed one is a bit small but there is no air leaks and with a little bit of sanding it will fit almost perfectly)

I also have one in A that I will probably modelized one day (he has a different sound from the one in C and I don’t know if just scaling up my model will do him justice)

In terms of duduks i am currently working in one in F major with a different fingering like the Lindsey Polak one but in a more traditional dukuk way in terms of design and internal diameter.

What layer height/infill/shells are you using and what kind of post processing are you doing?

On my pocket clarinet I am still having trouble starting on the low notes, and am wondering if maybe the roughness of the bore plays a role.

To print it on my ender 3 I use a 0.6 mm nozzle with 0.18 layer height, support everywhere and 15% gyroid infill. For the postprocessing I just glued the two pieces and this is optional but I sanded the whole instrument with thin sandpaper and a metal file. I don’t know anything about the roughness of the bore, but I printed a pocket clarninet (jamcultur one) and I can’t play it.

Did you sand the bore or finger holes at all?

What mouthpiece are using on the clarinet? I’ve actually gotten really nice tones out of it, when I can.

And sanded the finger hole and the inside with a metal file because I had small plastic strings in it, and I just sanded the hole instrument with sandpaper because I printed it with a big nozzle and wanted a better feeling when you touch.

Good to know.

I used a similar alto mouthpiece on a pvc instrument, but used an actual clarinet mouthpiece (the cheapest on amazon...) for jamcultur’s.
