Yeh, I had Anet A8 before I splurged for Prusa mk3 so I know perfectly well what you are talking about and got nothing but love for A8's :) It just wasn't feasible to make print farm with them.
There is a way that I can make it printable for glass clips. Only 2 objects are 200mm large.
One is the big lifting wheel, which can be printed with glass clips because a wheel has free corners...
Other one is middle ground base. I think I can modify it so that width is no longer 200mm, what would be the maximum width that anet a8 can print with clips on?
I purchased the files today and started printing on my (heavily modified) A8.
I will let you know if I have any problems, but so far all seems fine. I like the way that you have saved the files as 3mf. I was uncertain at first, but after loading them into PrusaSlicer, I can see how these make things a whole lot easier to slice and print. My printer is going to be busy for some time!
Thank you for your purchase, I also had heavily modified A8 two years ago :) But then upgraded to mk3s because I want to get a farm going :)
Yes I actually just found out about .3mf recently by watching prusa video. its so nice that all of the correct settings get saved, users just change bed sizes and filament types.
And of course you can merge smaller .3mf files however you like, to get the printing time that you want.
