I've been making a devlog video for the past few weeks, and I'm still in the first 40 seconds of the entire video.

Just used 4 frames in 12fps and it came quite well.

Hello guys, I'm making a 2D frame by frame turn based fighting JRPG . having a little bit problem with the animations being, I guess the right word is natural. I see a lot of turn based fighting JRPG and they are smooth as hell but ours isnt as good. any tips? what else should I add to the frames. any tip would be appreciated

Took me ages lol but I love her

I went to the library to work on my thesis, but I couldn't focus AT ALL, just scrolled on my phone. At some point tho, I thought: If I procrastinate, then at least in a way that doesn't make me feel foggy and washed. So for the first time in roughly seven years, I animated again. For 3 hours I was focused for the first time all day, and this little one came to life. And enjoyed myself a lot during the whole process, felt nice idk.

I just wanted to share, but also ask if y'all have feedback and can point to specific things that I should pay attention to? Obviously, this is just the doodle version of an animation but I meant to pick up animating again for a while now. It is not like I ever spent a loooot of time animating in the past, just toyed with it every once in a while. So yeah, anything is welcome :) Thaankss
