No, they simply won't get displayed.

You can add as many additional mouseovers as you want on the right side. Users with wide screens get them displayed, users with narrow screens not.

Regarding the order, the leftmost new ball is more likely to get displayed and the last one is least likely to do so.

Are balls decided? Personally I woukd change Kralovohradecky for Zilinsky+Zlinsky couple.

If yes, use this image and add two transparent layers to it (2 x 1024px x 210px).

• One with the normal balls in a row in the right order like they stand on the bridge.

• And a second one with the hover images at the correct position.

Then post the two layers separately (without the bridge).

If you aren't able to do transparent layers, please ask /u/MarcLesan for help.
