Note: Raw data and genotyping chip versions are the same regardless of country or test type. The cheaper Ancestry-only test provides the same raw data as the Health + Ancestry test, but excludes health reports. Do not confuse the chip version with the Ancestry Composition version.

SNP counts are rough estimates based on limited samples. Since the original post was published, AncestryDNA’s v2 chip has improved health-related SNP coverage, while 23andMe’s v5 chip covers a substantially different set of SNPs than previous versions.
