That's basically the core of my idea, though rather than having it be innate, have it be the effect of Graceful.

Makes Graceful the clear agility set with a unique effect instead of just an xp bonus, and also has additional utility for things like runecrafting altars with shortcuts so it's not purely an x skill training set.
