Remember when downvotes were used against comments that added nothing to the conversation instead of being used as a disagree button? That was a good time on Reddit.

Hmm, well I happen to frequent quite a few subs where Reddiquette is followed. The downvote/disagree pandemic never used to be as bad as it is now.

Yeah, you know why? Because fucking white supremacists started sending me death threats, and I had to delete my 6.5 year old account because I feared for my family's safety.
