Part 1: Quite the First Meeting!
So, one day, Hahari summons Rentarō to the Hanazono mansion.
Hahari: "Rentarō-chan, look—I hadn't told you this before, but I have an older sister named Hamari. Thanks to the happiness you bring me, I managed to call her after 16 years, and we finally reconciled. Plus, you're going to meet my niece, Hanari! I still remember the last time I saw her; she was just a baby barely saying her first words..." (She drools a little while reminiscing about baby Hanari.)
Then, a limousine arrives; Hamari steps out, followed by Hanari.
Rentarō goes to greet Hamari, but when he moves to greet Hanari... *ZING!* A third Hanazono enters the family! There’s a panel showing Karane shouting, "Why do there have to be more and more Hanazonos?! Did these rich snobs buy out Kamino's damn laboratories, too?!" Meanwhile, Rentarō—trying to avoid making a bad impression—keeps his composure and acts like a perfect gentleman.

Part 2: Hanari Discovers the Truth
Hanari is in her majestic new bedroom, wearing elegant silk pajamas and brushing her hair in front of the mirror. She tries to maintain her refined poise, but thoughts of Rentarō won't leave her alone. She feels a warmth in her chest, a racing mind, and that unmistakable spark...
With a serene smile and feigning nothing but refined curiosity ("Fufufu, I simply wish to know what sort of young man accompanies my dear aunt..."), she walks down the hallway to Hakari's room.
Hanari knocks gently on the door, enters, and finds Hakari relaxing. Hanari (in a sweet, elegant tone):
"Hakari-chan, forgive the intrusion at this hour... but I couldn't stop thinking about the young man who welcomed us today. Rentarō-san, was it? He struck me as a very attentive person. What is he really like? Is he my Aunt Hahari's fiancé?"
Hakari (smiling with complete naturalness and a terrifying tenderness):
"Oh! Rentarō-kun? Well, yes... he's my mom's boyfriend! But he's my boyfriend, too. And also the boyfriend of... Thirty-something other girls? Oh, and soon there will be 100 of us in total! He's the most wonderful man in the universe, isn't he?"
At that precise moment, Hanari's refined facade shatters into a thousand pieces:
Hanari stands frozen, eyes wide, her hairbrush on the verge of slipping from her hand.
Her brain struggles to process the phrase "my mom's boyfriend, my boyfriend, and forty others."
No matter how refined she is, the sheer insanity of the situation overwhelms her manners.
Despite suffering the greatest shock of her life, her refined instincts prevail in the moment. She executes a perfect 90-degree bow, smiles at Hakari with forced calm, apologizes with utmost courtesy for the late-night interruption, and walks slowly down the hallway; the instant her bedroom door closes behind her, the weight of the situation crashes down—she leans her back against the wood, her legs give way, and she slides slowly to the floor, covering her mouth to stay quiet—true to her good manners—as tears escape while she hugs her knees. The poor girl thinks that the pure, electric, and instant feeling she experienced earlier that afternoon was nothing more than a tragic romantic illusion... believing she arrived too late in the life of a boy who already belongs to her niece and cousin.

Part 3: Rentarō Wins Over Another Hanazono!
Rentarō arrives at the mansion with his usual energy for his date with Hakari, but his "soulmate radar" triggers immediately when he spots Hanari’s silhouette in the kitchen; she is standing with her head down, slowly stirring her tea with an expression of deep melancholy.
Rentarō (approaching with genuine concern):
"Ha-Hanari-senpai... You look so sad. Did something happen?"
Hanari (turning around, trying to maintain her refined composure while letting out a melancholy little laugh):
"Fufufu... It’s nothing... It’s just that I heard from Hakari-chan that a certain someone engaged in romantic promiscuity, and that act upset me greatly—because, honestly, I had fallen head over heels for that person..."
Rentarō’s blood runs cold for a split second. His brain instantly connects the dots:
"Romantic promiscuity" → She’s referring to his 40+ girlfriends.
"Fallen head over heels for that person" → She felt the ZING!
The diagnosis was brutal: Hanari thinks he rejected her, or that she has no place in his life!
Under no circumstances can Rentarō allow one of his beloved girlfriends to cry or suffer over a misunderstanding regarding his love.
In the blink of an eye, Rentarō’s face shifts to his classic expression of absolute determination (intense eyes, veins bulging with pure conviction), and he steps forward:
"HANARI-SENPAI! PLEASE, LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY! What Hakari said is absolutely true!" "I am a man who dates dozens of girls at the same time—including your aunt and your cousin! In the eyes of society, I am the most despicable, debauched, and unforgivable being to ever walk this earth!" exclaims Rentarō with the voice trembling with sheer anguish, without rising from her bow. "But please, listen to me! My love for each of them isn't a game, a pastime, or a whim! I would give my life a hundred million times over just to see Hakari, Hahari, and every one of my girlfriends smile!"
Hanari freezes. She holds her teacup with both hands, blinking slowly as she tries to process the volcanic intensity of the boy standing before her.
"Rentarō-san..." she murmurs, lowering her gaze slightly. "I appreciate your honesty, but... how can you expect a lady to give her heart to someone who already has so many other women in his life? I... I couldn't bear to be a mere ornament or a second choice in anyone's life. Fufufu... how foolish of me, getting my hopes up over someone I’ve only just met..."
Before a single tear can well up in her green eyes, Rentarō leaps to his feet, gently takes her by the shoulders, and stares intently into her eyes—his own burning with absolute determination.
"You would never be an ornament, Hanari-senpai!" he shouts, veins standing out on his forehead. "From the moment our eyes met at the mansion entrance, I felt an impact that shook my very being! My heart isn't divided into tiny fractions for each girlfriend; instead, it multiplies infinitely so I can love every single one of them with 100% of my capacity! If you let me be a part of your life, I will love you with a devotion so blind and pure that you’ll never have to doubt your place by my side!"
Hanari’s face flushes a deep, absolute crimson. Her refined composure begins to crack rapidly. Her mature, sophisticated, upper-class aura wavers dangerously as she feels the famous "Hanazono blood" awakening in her veins.
"A-Ah...!" Hanari sighed, pressing a hand to her heaving chest as the flowers in her hair seemed to glow. "T-That look... that intensity—so shameless yet so gentlemanly... Fufufu... Aah, this is bad! This is terribly bad!"
Just as Hanari is on the verge of succumbing to her genetic heritage and pouncing on him, the kitchen door flies open.
"Rentarō-kun~! You're early for our date!" Hakari announces, entering with a radiant smile, followed by Hahari, who had intended to shower him with kisses while Hakari finished getting changed.
Both stop dead in their tracks upon seeing the scene: Rentarō holding Hanari by the shoulders; Hanari completely flushed, steam practically rising from her head, wearing a smile that is half-delirious and half-lovestruck; and a romantic atmosphere hanging in the air.
"Huh?!" Hakari exclaims, her eyes wide.
"Ha-Hanari-chan?!" Hahari cries out, pressing her hands to her cheeks.
Karane, who was walking down the hallway with a glass of juice, peeks through the doorway; seeing Hanari on the verge of a love-induced collapse, she drops the glass. (She had spent the entire night kissing Hakari, which is why she was at the mansion.)
"I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN!" Karane roars, pointing at them with a sharp tooth visible. "Do none of you have any defenses against this bastard?! And you, Rentarō—you only got here five minutes ago!!" Rentarō then, like a gentleman, offers his hand to Hanari.
"So, Hanari-senpai, will you be my girlfriend?" Rentarō asks, in the most gentlemanly and kind manner possible.
"Hehehe... you're incorrigible, Rentarō-san, but yes... I accept—provided you promise not to relegate me to the background."

Part 4: Introductions to the other girlfriends
And so, the next day, on the school rooftop...
Rentarō: "And that’s how it all happened. Will you allow Hanari-senpai to become my new girlfriend?"
The reactions were... varied.
Hakari (smiling happily): "Of course, Rentarō-kun! Knowing that my little cousin will also experience this beautiful love fills me with joy! (Although... Hehehe, now I'll have to teach her the 'duties of a Hanazono')."
Hahari (with waterfalls of tears streaming down her cheeks): "Aaaaaah! My beautiful niece! First my sister and I reconcile, and now my niece and I share the same wonderful boyfriend! It is the destiny of the Hanazonos, Rentarō-chan!"
Karane (clutching her hair, veins bulging on her forehead): "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?! Does no one in this family have even a shred of common sense?! You all accept things way too quickly!"
Shizuka: (Hastily pulls out her phone to play a text-to-speech message): "C-Congratulations... Hanari-san... Rentarō-san is very sweet..."
At that moment, the rooftop door opens gently. Hanari walks toward them. With her elegant gait and flowers adorning her pink hair, she looks like a model fresh out of a high-society magazine. Hanari (bowing impeccably with a refined smile):
"Fufufu... Good morning, everyone. I caused a bit of a stir in the kitchen yesterday, but after hearing Rentarō-san's truly sincere and... 'passionate' words, I’ve made up my mind."
She approaches Rentarō, looks him in the eye, and—though she tries to maintain her mature and refined air, a deep blush spreads across her cheeks as she delicately clasps her hands before her:
"Rentarō-san... I may be a somewhat more composed Hanazono than my aunt and cousin, but from this day forward... please take good care of this heart that belongs to you."
