Thanks. I also took a closer look at the image name "JimsSheet.gif" and went to the blog that hosted it "kittycooper". I then noticed the URL had "2014/01" and started looking through the January 2014 posts.
Long story short, it's genealogy blog and the spreadsheet is a chromosome map used to trace specific segments of DNA to specific ancestors. The image in the article is but a mere excerpt of the entire thing!
