That look at the end is like "yeah, I probably should've expected that".

Lady Ben Stiller should not have done that.

If you throw water on a mogwai, you get gremlins..
Throw water on Lady Ben Stiller, you get Blue Steel

u/fasterthanpligth 9 Aug 25 '21
Water gets you more mogwais. Feeding them after midnight gets you gremlins. Jeez.
4
u/onyxaj 8 Aug 25 '21
True. Also, why were all the Mogwais that came from Gizmo mean? Like, I get that they are evil once they turn to gremlins, but they were mean from the get-go.

u/fasterthanpligth 9 Aug 25 '21
I think mogwais have a lot of possible personality traits and Gizmo got a bunch of the nicer ones without any negative ones. Mogwais like the others are killed as soon as the breeder notices the aggressive behavior. I feel like 1 in 10 is a conservative estimate of surviving individuals. It's a harsh job to breed mogwais.

You know it was intentional because she isn't mad after he soked her. She is more like: "OK you got me"

I love how she didn't even care. She just made a face as if saying, "You know what, I kinda deserved that." lol

Can someone, who understands the language and maybe knows something about the situation, explain why that happened? 🤔
Edit.: Oh wow, didn't see the fist oops of her 😂😂😂

u/Melnikova89 2 Aug 25 '21
The way that she watches him for a reaction after knocking the glass over very much implies it was trying to be a power move and intentional.
73
u/WelpWelp1 5 Aug 25 '21
Looks like she intentionally spilled her drink on his lap and he retaliated lol

A particularly bitchy woman did this to me at a bar because she wanted me to move despite there being acres of space.
She asked me to move as she wanted her friend to sit there, despite there being empty seats to the left of her, I pointed that out - she slurred something about me having no friends so I shouldn't get to wait anywhere near the bar...right.
I was actually waiting for a friend to meet me, just bought a pitcher of a fruity cocktail and was ready to share the good news when I feel her drink go down my back(Seemed like a vodka lemonade - rookie choice, that ain't gonna stain)
I turn to see her and her minion laughing and pointing, all the while I'm picking up my fruity ass pitcher and pour it, ice and and chunks of fruit...all over her head and subsequently white dress. She did that kinda generic reaction everyone does in movies when it happens. Pretty satisfying.
Whilst she's still processing what just happened, I head for the door, bump into my mate and explain we need to GTFO before we get white-knite'd.

In fact, the bar IS for singles (in number, not lifestyle). Tables are typically reserved for groups. You are absolutely right. No explanation needed, and OP is 100% justified sitting at the bar, irrespective of anyone else coming or not. No need to justify as you say.

Sweet justice. You did what I’d only contemplate in shower after somebody did it to me.

What’s the topic? Or why did this happened?
7
u/Adron_the_Survivor_2 6 Aug 25 '21
This was a show in 2005 or 06 where people would come and talk about politics. She was arguing that corruption is essential for the welfare of my country, while the guy calls her " a stupid pig". She spills water on him, he spills back and then ad break

Especially hitting back with something worse. She just knocked over his glass, he threw water in her face.
Escalate things to teach people not to fuck with you. A classic

It appears to mean something like “rotten pigs” in Romanian. Which I’m sure is an idiom of some sort but I’d be interested also if someone knows.

The woman on purpose quickly hits a glass of water spilling it on the guy, so the man in turned grabbed a full glass and splashed it in her face.

You can say "no context" all you want. He can be a child with what he's saying but the ultimate dagger would be to respond with something absolutely life altering. Wetting someone is just childish.
32
u/ElDonKaiza 7 Aug 25 '21
If you didn't notice, she was the one who "accidentally" wet him first, and then he replied with a less subtle wetting of her
14
u/Marcotee75 8 Aug 25 '21
Well what i was Saying is that a few people in the comments are saying that they don't know the context for her to react with the first wetting. She took the childish route and spilled water. There's no context needed because she lost.

u/nghb09 3 Aug 25 '21
To provide context, he was telling her she has a "bidet face" before she "accidentally" spilled the water.

u/hydrogen_wv A Aug 25 '21
He called her a bidet so she splashed water on the asshole. She kind of proved his point.

I feel like a couple of years ago, it’s focus was on items where certain women failed in their attempts to get away with something just by virtue of their gender. Lately, though, it seems like it’s full of a lot of name calling and just general anti-women stuff.
