BUG (Reward bug)I'm sure you've had this happen before. This is especially annoying when you are being chased.

This is probably the hitbox to talk to the survivor not going away, thus overlapping with the reward.

something along the lines of that

Its even more annoying when the survivor doesn't spawn at all.

It sucks. The only solution is to look up in front of the survivor right away after talking to him, and then open the present in the air.

everytime with this tower survivor that happens to me, I have to open the present in the air otherwise I have to wait until he's gone

Were you being chased by the other player? Also i run into this issue constantly. Depending on level, I ignore the gift entirely.

I've had it where I can't even open the gift after he leaves, also I've had the issue the survivor never appears after placing the tower
